Prices for studios are set according to room size, layout, and floor level. Prices include all utilities including gas/electricity, water charges and the provision of fast ethernet and WIFI Internet. The prices shown below are for a 51-week contract. Express Studios is a historic building with many unique features, so we invite you to view the floor plan by clicking here to choose the layout you prefer.

Premier Luxe Studios are the largest and most spacious rooms available, up to 31m2 and are typically on the top floor of the Express Building. They are suitable for either single or double occupancy and in addition to standard furnishings come equipped with a full double bed, additional storage and a dining table with 2 chairs. Most have either a large expanse of windows overlooking Upper Parliament Street or fantastic views overlooking the Nottingham skyline.

Premier Studios are light and airy with fantastic proportions ranging from 21-24m2 in size and are equipped with a double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, easy chair, study desk and study chair, storage shelving, and bar stool. Most of these studios are at the rear of the property, some with fine views overlooking the Nottingham skyline.

Deluxe Studios range from 20-22m2 in size, these are mid-sized en-suite studios and are equipped with a single or 3/4 double bed, study desk and work chairs, bar stool, easy chair and storage facilities. They overlook Upper Parliament Street and have a more cosy feel owing to the layout and configuration of the sleeping and kitchen area.

There are 3 Classic Studios which are the smallest of all the rooms at a respectable 18m2 situated at the end of each corridor and overlook the rear of the building. These are the smallest en-suite studios and are equipped with a single bed, study desk and work chairs, bar stool, easy chair and storage facilities.
